The Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) is one of the autonomous organizations in the Muhammadiyah Association, which is intended for students at both PTM (Muhammadiyah Colleges) and other private or state universities.

Specifically, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Kendari has a Commissariat which was established in 2009 until now which has become known as the LEADING COMMISARIATE OF THE MUHAMMADIYAH STUDENTS ASSOCIATION FACULTY OF SOCIAL AND POLITICAL SCIENCES MUHAMMADIYAH KENDARI UNIVERSITY (PK IMM FISIP UMK)
